Welcome to a fundamental component of “Ultimate Personal Performance” i.e., your health and the ability to live a long, healthy, wealthy, happy and productive life.  Not only are we capable of living a long, healthy, natural life, we have extended our median life span by 50 percent in the past 100 years!

“Way to go!” you say?  Very true but we have taken little personal responsibility for this trend thus far.  We are still beset with chronic health issues and few of us die from old age.  We typically approach our deaths with consternation, fear and doubt and likely a bit of resignation.  Furhter, we likely have a pharmacopeia of extraordinarily powerful, debilitating and consciousness-robbing pharmaceutical drugs at our side. 

Instead, at the end of our life we should be at our keenest with the Momentum of a job well done and a powerful willingness to meet our new challenge, i.e., to see what’s next and a “sh*t-eating grin” burnished deep within our very being. 

To that end, COREresonance has devised insights into long-range health planning that begin with fundamentals.  We begin by:

  • rebuilding your heart and lungs
  • reestablishing basic musculature no matter your age
  • refortifying your body at a cellular level
  • reestablishing key hormonal balances, and
  • rebuilding and maintaining tissues, organs and bones

In the reestablishment of our core vitality, it becomes possible to live far longer with our faculties well intact.  According to a recent statement (October 2009) by the Danish Ageing Research Centre, there is no upward limit on how long we can live.  According to a recent article (October 2009) published in The Lancet (New York and London), more than half of the babies born in the wealthiest countries will live to exceed 100 years of age. 

One of the premises of the above suggests that early detection of life threatening illnesses and diseases is the causative factor.  Another, though not mentioned, is the simple pro-active capacity to address these highly statisticized causes of death far before the last minute.  If heart disease is a primary killer, establish and maintain a healthy heart.  If swine flu, bird flu and pneumonia are on the upswing, a proactive rebuilding of the immune system and heart and lungs is the solution.

Instead of dying as one chooses; when one chooses, in dignity with fortitude and grace, diabetes is in epidemic proportions, cancer rates are staggering and heart disease consumes vast resources and culls the wisest of us long before our time.  Further, far more of us die from various medical errors each year (about 285,000) compared to automobile accident (37,500) or firearms (24,000) [1999] combined.  And, a good percentage die from complications of medications designed to counteract the reaction of earlier prescribed medications.  (References follow)

Which begs the question:

      Where are we going to live when we wear out our bodies?

It is an increasingly important question as we age.  And for those wishing to contribute to making the world a better place by offering up years of acquired wisdom having spent a lifetime releasing past conditioning, instead we are dying far too soon.  If we don’t know how to take care of our bodies; if we don’t know how to nourish our souls, if we don’t know how to take care of our minds, our best days may never come.  We may never get to deliver the culmination of our gifts.

The latest discoveries suggest that low Impact, high Intensity & short Duration Exercise (IIDE) is best.  A smart, wise and manageable exercise program executed in very short increments (20 minutes a day with 4 “core” high intensity minutes) brings substantially superior benefits to your life – and your heart and lungs in particular.  Combined with an understanding of environmental factors, food factors and modern supplementation, we are on our way to “Health and Long Life” (anti-aging).

There is a great deal involved to this thing called life and to experience it in all of its majesty, vitality and magic, we must do our part.  It becomes “up to us” do what we do, have what we have, and end up with what we end up with in our lives–and no one else.
